Trump Wants 330M People to Vote Like It’s 1952 and You Own a Hat

“One Day Voting” for 330 million people is the political equivalent of telling everyone to shop at Costco on the same Saturday at 2pm.

Donald Trump is out here publicly pushing to end most mail-in voting (except for military), kill early voting, and require voter ID nationwide — selling it as “cleaning up elections.”

This isn’t some cute preference like pineapple on pizza. It’s a logistical chokehold. Early voting and mail-in ballots are how millions of people participate without turning Election Day into a Hunger Games waiting room outside a high school gym.

And yes, he’s keeping mail-in for the military — because even he knows telling deployed soldiers “just swing by your precinct” makes you sound like a cartoon villain twirling a mustache made of patriotism.

Voter ID is the other half of the sandwich: sounds “common sense,” until you remember IDs cost money, time, paperwork, and the ability to argue with the DMV without crying.

Meanwhile, the people who benefit from fewer voters are shockingly the same people who keep winning when turnout drops: incumbents, party machines, and anyone whose platform is basically “nothing will fundamentally change, but meaner.”
